1. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Costs

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping. If you'd like to return an eligible item for any other reason (for example, it wasn't the right fit), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Damages and Errors

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@style-street.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll do our best to help, subject to availability.

5. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
